We Need Helping Hands and a Open Heart!!


The only requirement for a volunteer is be willing to help in our store. We need people who have good customer skills, are friendly and are willing to work and help our customers. We are looking for volunteer's who would be willing to come in one or two days a month or more.

We need help making displays, marking merchandise, cleaning and doing some minor repairs to items donated. We can also use people who may have a pickup or trailer who would be willing to pickup merchandise that has been donated.

If you like to build or do construction we would like people who would be willing to build a utility shed a perhaps a play house for kids that we can either sell or raffle off or build bird houses or other items from the material we have on hand that we can sell.

Maybe we can do some repair work for people who could use some help with small items they can bring in and get them fixed. Would you be able to run a forklift! We need office help, someone to just answer the phone or just be here to accept money and merchandise, run the front office, schedule volunteer's, help locate inventory and merchandise.

Would you like do a newsletter or e-mail customers with a list of the new items that have come in. Maybe you would like to write a grant. We need grant money for our homes and operating money for our store. If you have any knowledge of electrical or plumbing, painting and staining, floor covering or installation of building material we really need you!

The music is on (no rap) and we have fun at the store. We always have coffee, home made cookies or cake for that lunch time snack. Come in and see what we are all about, maybe you will want to come back and stay for a few hours
